(Nope, not mine) The Global and Mail has started (and is hosting) a blog by Toronto based startup AmbientVector under their small business section under the title 90 Days in the Life of a Start-up. Maple leaf 2.0 calls it Wireless Social Networking and “a tool for the MySpace generation, which has made wireless devices an essential part of their lifestyles”. it’s about making it “easy to create, share and view all those moments that are important to you—from your phone or the Web.”
Amongst the cast of characters is David Crow, as director of product management. David is also well know as a leading force behind Toronto’s successful BarCamp and DemoCamp as well as being benevolent Executive Director for life at Innovation Commons (Which was featured in a G&M article in the begining of June : New type of office lures workers from homes, cafés)
AV CEO Sutha Kamal (who has been lurking at DemoCamp with others from AV, and presented at DemoCamp 1!) also has his own blog at Ambient Thoughts. This should be fun to watch as they tackle a very sweet spot in the mene-osphere. Hopeful I can learn a few things too! Go Get Them AV!
