Over on the net magazine’s web site there is a new piece :
The top 10 mobile design mistakes – and how to avoid them, which are :
- Separate mobile URLs
- High-density as default
- Doorslams
- Poor touch targets
- Following WIMP conventions
- Mystery meat navigation
- Unoptimised assets
- 24-bit PNGs
- 600px email
- Ignoring the fold
It’s a very good list (Go Read it!), and makes a critical list of worst practices for mobile design but everyone of them are issue that need to be addressed in all web design in the spirit of Why Mobile First for Responsive Web Design which could be further TL;DR; to “Good Mobile Design is Good Web Design”
