Scrumfall†perfectly encapsulates what I’ve experienced as Agile with a series of rapids, ending with Niagara Falls.
I associate Scrumfall so often with ScurmFail, but maybe not, if the end of an agile project finishes at the end of an allotted time/money and its okay that all the wish list items were not delivered (your wish list is not the to-do list)
